The following suite of documents constitutes the appointment and contract agreement between the Client and the Consulting Engineer (InConsult Engineers cc). The Agreement and Specific Conditions should be amended for each appointment to suit the particular project, whilst the Conditions of Agreement and Annexure A are standard documents as published by Consulting Engineers South Africa (CESA) and the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA), respectively.
